Baked fresh, sold fresh. Soft gluten-free white sandwich bread with a tender texture and classic flavor, made from scratch in small batches. Perfect for sandwiches, toast, or warm with butter. Available whole or sliced for your convenience. Prefer it frozen? Frozen loaves are available by special request. Storage & Reheating: Keep bread in its original bag at room temperature and enjoy within 4–5 days for best quality. For longer storage, slice if desired and freeze. Refrigeration is not recommended, as it can dry out gluten-free bread. For best texture, toast longer than conventional bread. A bagel setting works especially well because it gives the bread a little more time to crisp and warm through. If needed, toast for an additional cycle. Frozen slices can go straight from the freezer to the toaster.
